Enterprise without compromise: taking Mamas & Papas from Hybris to Shopify Plus. M&P appointed Onstate to re-platform its ecommerce operation to Shopify Plus. The project called for the development of key integrations and customisations to enable a smooth omnichannel customer experience.

We migrated Mamas and Papas’ complex checkout to Shopify’s checkout extensibility framework. This needed to preserve all existing delivery and multi-channel features while positioning the business for future enhancements. The project involved re-architecting the middleware infrastructure to reduce reliance on third-party platforms and shift more business logic onto a more scalable infrastructure.

World of Books partnered with Onstate to migrate their expansive e-commerce operation from commercetools to Shopify Plus. This involved moving 5 million products across 7 markets, 3 languages, and 5 currencies. We not only handled the challenges of scale but also designed a future-proof solution that met complex requirements around promotions, fulfilment, and reporting.

Since 1879 Crockett & Jones has produced some of the world’s finest footwear from their factory in Northampton, the shoemaking capital of England. We’ve worked with Crockett & Jones for the past 7 years, and in 2020 were asked to help them launch their first transactional online store on Shopify Plus.

Japanese fashion innovator Issey Miyake entrusted Onstate to deliver its UK ecommerce launch. We guided their team, creating a bespoke storefront that showcased its stable of sub-brands. Translating the brand's identity was a key objective of this project, working closely with the client's teams in both the UK and Japan, delivering a design truly faithful to the brand.

Since 2011, Lullabellz has made a bold mark in hair fashion, bringing attitude and style to premium synthetic and luxury human hair extensions. Their daring approach quickly captured attention, setting them apart from the mainstream.
